Infrared Inspections

Infrared Thermal Imaging (ITI) is a non-invasive, non-destructive way of evaluating conditions below the surface. This allows us to detect small, but crucial differences in temperature throughout the building within the building materials and electrical equipment

Mold Inspections

A visual mold inspection is to identify the presence of mold growth or elevated moisture levels or moisture damage to the building. The inspector will use specialized equipment to detect if moisture is present in the building such as thermal imaging and moisture meter technology. The inspectors findings will be delivered to you in a comprehensive digital report with photos. Indoor air quality testing is also commonly performed during a mold inspection.

Radon Testing

Radon is a naturally-occurring radioactive gas and the second leading cause of lung cancer in the US, according to the Surgeon General. Radon can enter your home through cracks in the foundation, and because it’s odorless and colorless, the only way to detect it is with a professional inspection. If your NPI inspector finds radon in your home, a radon mitigation system can be installed to keep your family safe.
